Before and after Photoshop.
Ok so skin blemishes removed, skin smoothed (gaussian blur of 1.4px)
Background issolated, hue adjustment and saturation increase. Snow flake layer added in screen mode and masked. Curves adjustment layer on whole image. Further curves adjustment on image, model masked out.
